KBS Corporate is a leading advisor in company sale services, offering guidance and advisory services to SMEs. As a Corporate Business Sales Executive, you will play a critical part in helping businesses navigate the M&A landscape.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients to identify business opportunities.
  2. Working from our comprehensive in-house CRM system to track interactions and follow up on leads.
  3. Arranging appointments for Corporate Directors once a Business Owner expresses interest in taking the conversation further.
  4. Providing exceptional customer service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an outstanding client experience.
What we're looking for
  • Prior Sales experience (B2B or B2C) with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Able to build and develop excellent relationships with Clients.
  • You will be a strong closer – knowing how to spot 'buying signs' and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and a team player with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Bags of energy, an enthusiastic approach, and a passion for sales.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on experience. Bonus Structure: Top performers can achieve a salary increase through consistent performance. Daily, weekly & monthly incentives, including early finishes and prizes. Genuine opportunities for career progression within our fast-growing organisation. In-house learning, training, and ongoing development. Great work-life balance - You'll be working 8.30am Monday to Thursday, and we finish at 3pm on Fridays.
