As a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer at Digital Waffle, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Your expertise will be essential in automating processes, optimizing performance, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our applications.

  • Salary: Up to £73,000 per annum (based on location and experience).

About the Role:

You will collaborate with our development teams to automate build, test, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps tools and services. You will also configure and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, containers, and networking components. Additionally, you will monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.

  1. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps tools and services.
  2. Collaborate with development teams to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  3. Configure and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, containers, and networking components.
  4. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably with a focus on Azure cloud technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
