What You'll Do:

As a Homecare Worker, you will be responsible for delivering holistic support to your clients, including companionship, medication administration, nutritional assistance, and personal care. You will also adhere to individualized care plans, ensuring that each client receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Pay Rate: £13.17 per hour
  • Flexible Scheduling: Full or part-time schedules, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Training and Development: Free training aligned with the Care Certificate and ongoing support through in-house courses and funded qualifications
  • Benefits: Annual pay increases, eligibility for a Blue Light card, and refer-a-friend bonus of £250
Requirements:
  • Age 18 or above
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Full UK driving license (travel expenses covered up to 45p per mile)
  • Good standard of English and effective communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS (refundable after a set period of work, £45 application fee)
