About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential home.
  • Lead and mentor a team of support workers, ensuring that all care is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of each child.
  • Work closely with management and other professionals to ensure the well-being and development of the children in your care.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce (CYP) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a children's home.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including sleep-ins.
