SEN Teacher for Inclusive Education

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team in Richmond. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of specific learning difficulties and effective teaching strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach small groups of children with specific learning difficulties, adapting lessons to meet individual needs.
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SENCO and other staff.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) with experience in SEN education.
- Strong understanding of specific learning difficulties and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- DBS check required.
