SEN Teacher Position

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our vibrant and forward-thinking school in Richmond. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching subjects across the board to Secondary pupils aged 11-16 with Speech, Language and Communication needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN children and be able to develop skills to work with pupils with complex needs. They will be responsible for planning, implementing and delivering a personalised curriculum to individual children and groups that is relevant and motivating for each child.
The successful SEN Teacher will be part of a welcoming community that provides excellent support from SLT and great transport links. This is a long-term to permanent position, working part-time (0.6FTE).
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing skills to work with pupils with complex needs
- Planning, implementing and delivering a personalised curriculum
- Teaching subjects across the board to Secondary pupils aged 11-16
