Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and approachable individual to join our School Crossing Patrol Team as a School Crossing Patrol Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of children crossing the road to and from school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and welcoming environment for children and parents at school crossings.
  • Maintain regular contact with schools to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Regularly assess risks associated with operating at the crossing site and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on accidents and incidents occurring at the crossing site.
  • Ensure all uniform and equipment is maintained in good condition and replacements are requested when needed.
  • Provide clear signals to drivers to ensure safe passage for pedestrians.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be punctual, reliable, and have excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
