**Job Summary**

This position is a key expert on Microsoft licensing, supporting the Sales Team to drive growth and success in the product portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Cultivate relationships with customers to promote Microsoft products and their licensing, highlighting the benefits of Microsoft's Online Services.
  2. Work closely with SHI Account Managers to develop and manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales process.
  3. Participate in company and industry events as a representative for SHI.
  4. Contribute to sales messaging and materials, and support the creation of financial models and customer-facing documents.
  5. Provide education and training to customers and sales teams on Microsoft programs and best practices.
  6. Stay informed about relevant Microsoft certifications and technologies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office Tools – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  3. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Compensation Package

£60,000 - £70,000 per annum based on location and experience, plus additional benefits.
