Internal Communications and Events Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications and Events Manager to join our team at VMA GROUP. As a key member of our Internal Communications team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing internal events and communications that drive employee engagement and alignment with our company's strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an effective events strategy that aligns with our Internal Communications strategy
  • Design and deliver regular internal activations and events to increase employee engagement and encourage two-way conversations between leaders and colleagues
  • Plan and coordinate all logistics for events, including managing the events calendar
  • Promote internal events and activations using a variety of internal communications channels
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and colleagues to bring engagement activations and events to life, ensuring alignment with wider IC activities and the People Strategy
  • Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, allocation, and tracking expenses
  • Apply a strategic and creative internal comms lens when developing activations and events, ensuring they support the wider communications plans
  • Complete post-event evaluations to measure the success of events by analysing attendee feedback and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
