The Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of chromatography and solvents, as well as experience in market analysis and GTM channels.

The Role:

The Product Manager will serve as a subject matter expert in chromatography and solvents, analyzing market trends and competitors to drive growth for the assigned portfolio. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand the portfolio and achieve product financial impact through product forecasting.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with R&D and Sales teams to expand the portfolio
  • Conduct market research to ensure viable products and balanced growth
  • Manage daily tasks through the matrix structure to grow assigned products
  • Document product requirements and roadmaps for execution and sales
  • Maximize product impact by foreseeing customer demands
  • Develop compelling global consumer connections
  • Actively work to monitor the health of the respective business area, identify issues to bring to the management's attention
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in chemistry or related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the scientific application of LCMS and related techniques
  • Experience working internationally across cultures
  • Fluent in oral and written English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrable technical experience in field of expertise
  • Demonstrable success in making high-value consumer connections
  • Exceptional communication (verbal & written)
  • Ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization, integrating complex multifunctional efforts crossing multiple business areas
