We're currently looking for a Homeowner Care Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our homeowners receive the highest level of care and attention to detail in resolving any post-completion issues. You'll work closely with contractors and the construction team to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Coordinating and completing any necessary remedial work to the highest standards.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for homeowner concerns, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Liaising with contractors and the construction team for efficient project delivery.
To Thrive in This Role, You'll Need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position comes with an estimated salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
