Support Specialist for Young Adults

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Specialist for young adults who are experiencing care and leaving care. The successful candidate will work directly with young people and their families to safeguard and promote their welfare.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years+ experience working within a Children's Social Work team in the UK and hold an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent. A current DBS and car driver's license are also essential.
Key responsibilities include coordinating Pathway Planning duties, supporting care leavers in their transition to adult life, and providing practical and emotional support, advice, and guidance to young people aged between 16 and 25.
This is a 35 hour per week contract, available immediately with a duration of 3 months. Salary: £15-20 per hour dependent on experience and pay scheme selected.
