Job Summary:
Ribbons and Reeves is seeking an Aspiring Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a SEND Support Assistant in Harrow. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience in child development.

About the Role:
This position involves supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs and behavioural difficulties in a SEND-focused environment. As an Aspiring Clinical Psychologist, you will work closely with students to promote their well-being and educational progress.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with SEND
- Collaborate with teachers to provide tailored support for students
- Conduct observations and assessments to inform support plans
- Maintain accurate records of student progress

Requirements:
- A First-Class Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related subject
- Top A-Levels to pair with a degree
- Experience working with children with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a calm temperament

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday
