Child Development Assistant

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (based on location and industry standards)
Job Responsibilities:
As a Child Development Assistant, you will work with students aged 11-18, providing individualized support to help them achieve their academic and personal goals. You will work closely with teachers and SENDCos to ensure seamless collaboration and develop strategies to address the unique needs of each student.
Key Qualifications:
A degree in Psychology or a related field with a minimum 2:1 classification
A passion for working with children and young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
