The Role:

The post holder will support our national Asylum Services to provide advice to asylum seekers across the UK through a mixture of telephone and face-to-face support. This will involve working with a range of stakeholders to provide specialist advice and guidance to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist advice and guidance to asylum seekers on a range of issues, including asylum law and procedure.
  • Work with a range of stakeholders to identify and respond to the needs of asylum seekers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and organisations to raise awareness of Migrant Help's services.
  • Contribute to the development of policy and procedures to ensure that Migrant Help's services are effective and responsive to the needs of asylum seekers.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of asylum law and procedure, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
