**About the Job:**
As a Year 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction, and promoting active participation among students. **Responsibilities and Requirements:**
We are looking for a qualified and experienced teacher who can:
* Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and school guidelines
* Deliver effective instruction to Year 1 students, promoting academic growth and development
* Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles
* Provide constructive feedback and support to students
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
* Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
* Hold a relevant teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Have proven experience in teaching Year 1 students, including knowledge of the national curriculum
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrate strong organizational and administrative abilities
**Salary and Benefits:**
