Classroom Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Education Assistant to support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment at Future Education in Kingston Upon Thames.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in classroom management and lesson delivery, ensuring a smooth and productive learning experience for students.
- Support individual students and small groups, promoting academic growth and social development.
- Maintain a safe, supportive learning environment that fosters creativity, respect, and inclusivity.
**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a teaching assistant role or similar is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Flexibility to work in different school settings, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
