About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Teaching and Learning Leader to join our team at The Hill College and Academy Trust. As a key member of our teaching team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our students receive the highest quality education and support.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising team members, including volunteers, students, and visitors. You will also be expected to ensure that equipment/materials required for teaching/learning are safe and appropriate. Your commitment to upholding the ethos of The Hill College and Academy Trust as an educational provision is essential.

As a Teaching and Learning Leader, you will work closely with our teaching teams to deliver high-quality educational programmes for adults with special needs. You must have recent Outstanding/Good teaching experience with students with special needs and hold a Certificate of Education (CertEd) or an alternative equivalent teaching qualification.

The estimated salary for this position is £42,884 per annum, reflecting the skills and qualifications required for the role. We are committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and require all staff to share this commitment and promote and comply with our Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity and Health and Safety Policies.
