Job Title: Supervisor - Frasers - Fixed Term Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a cross-functional team to deliver high levels of customer service, stock management, and cash handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a cross-functional team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and cash handling to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, sales, and stock management.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Service Managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
  • Work effectively with 3rd party contractors to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Be a key holder for the store and open/close the store as needed.

Requirements:

  • Relevant supervisory experience in a customer-facing and stock-handling environment.
  • Proven track record of working at pace to deliver results against targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to influence and challenge.
  • Understanding of health and safety legislation and company policies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
