Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Lead to join our team at Frasers Department Store in Norwich. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a cross-functional team to deliver high levels of customer service, stock management, and cash handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage stock levels, including receiving, processing, and replenishing stock to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive cash handling, including issuing till floats and reconciling cash and vouchers.
  • Implement and maintain best practices and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with store management and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work collaboratively with 3rd party contractors to maintain a clean and secure store environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work at pace and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures.
