As a Decarbonization Partnership Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our efforts to develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation in the industry.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the energy sector and be able to develop strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level. Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements is also essential. Additionally, you should be able to manage programs across cross-functional teams, build processes, and coordinate release schedules.

What You'll Do:

  • Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage decarbonization partnerships that can involve marketing, content, commerce, and technology components.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and senior management to execute on the relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
  • Experience in a professional field or military
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Amazon offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
