Regional Sales Growth Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable product growth across the Midlands region.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £38,000 - £43,000 basic, plus a 10,000 bonus based on achieving sales targets, and a company car. In addition, they will also be entitled to 25 days holiday, bank holidays, and birthday leave, as well as access to a pension salary sacrifice scheme and annual leave buy and sell scheme.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the implementation of a company's strategic sales and marketing plans in an assigned territory.
- Developing action plans to win new customers and business and retention plans to protect and maximize the sales of existing customers.
- Negotiating sales contracts with customers and ensuring their profitability in collaboration with Finance, Marketing, and Head of Sales / MD.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a sales / business development role within a B2B and/or B2C environment.
- Able to capture customer needs and help translate these into profitable product solutions working collaboratively.
- Great at relationship building and networking.
- High activity levels, capable of delivering on short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
