Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Area Sales Growth Specialist. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive sales growth and expand our customer base within their designated region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales roles within the construction equipment, plant machinery, or heavy equipment industry. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy for the region, aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Managing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, preparing accurate forecasts and pipelines.
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive package including a salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, lucrative OTE (On Target Earnings) potential, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
