Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team at ARM. The successful candidate will have experience in leading incident/vulnerability response tasks and will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, triage, investigation, and response to security incidents/vulnerabilities in line with defined response plans and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incidents/vulnerabilities efficiently, communicating and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Maintain SLAs on own tickets and others when leading operations.
  • Record new risks and vulnerabilities, suggesting treatment plans.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
  • Coordinate queues, prioritizing incident/vulnerability response.
  • Investigate common incident/vulnerability types without supervision, with high-quality communication.
  • Participate in high-priority incidents/vulnerabilities with occasional supervision.
  • Hold advanced skills in incident/vulnerability response and investigation tooling.
  • Provide on-the-job training and peer review to team members.
  • Create Management Information reports on threat trend analysis.
  • Foster recommendations into strategic plans for CDO development.

Requirements:

  • Experience in security roles focused on incident/vulnerability response.
  • BSc or higher in relevant security subjects.
  • Applicable professional qualifications, such as CISSP, GCIH, GIAC, GCFE, GREM SANS Certifications.
  • Good understanding of Enterprise Security domains.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Awareness of project management techniques.
  • Experience in leading incident/vulnerability response tasks.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
