Job Overview

This Senior Information Security Analyst role requires a strong background in security and IT, with a focus on incident response and vulnerability management.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of security and IT domains, with the ability to respond to common incident/vulnerability types. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage incidents/vulnerabilities efficiently and maintain SLAs.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate common incident/vulnerability types without supervision, with high-quality communication.
  • Participate in high-priority incidents/vulnerabilities with occasional supervision.
  • Hold advanced skills in incident/vulnerability response and investigation tooling.
  • Provide on-the-job training and peer review to team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience in security roles focused on incident/vulnerability response.
  • BSc or higher in relevant security subjects.
  • Applicable professional qualifications, such as CISSP, GCIH, GIAC, GCFE, GREM SANS Certifications.
  • Good understanding of Enterprise Security domains.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Awareness of project management techniques.
