**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Specialist to join our team at Arm. As a key member of our cybersecurity operations, you will play a vital role in protecting our systems and data from cyber threats.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity operations, with a focus on incident response, threat management, and vulnerability assessment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective security protocols, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing expert advice on security-related matters.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead day-to-day security operations, including incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures to protect against cyber threats
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners
  • Provide strategic guidance on security-related matters, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security initiatives across the organization

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with a focus on incident response and threat management
  • Proven track record of successfully leading security incident response efforts
  • Advanced knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field
