About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Presales Engineer to support our Sales team and Account Managers in presales activities. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer challenges and requirements, and matching them with our client's solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pro-actively engage in the sales cycle to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet with customers early in the development cycle to ensure a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Define and implement appropriate demonstrations to showcase our client's solutions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to promote our products.
  • Support the introduction of new products and maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a software/networks organization, preferably within enterprise-sized customers.
  • 5+ years of technology and industry experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering or Technical subject.
  • Knowledge of telecom networks, primarily fiber networks.
  • Fluent English language skills (French, German, or Arabic are also desirable).
  • Willing to travel throughout Europe and occasionally to North America, Africa, Middle East & Asia.
Desirable Skills
  • Python.
  • JavaScript and HTML design and development.
  • Linux, Bash, Docker.
  • SQL and RDBMS technology.
  • Geospatial Information Systems.
  • ETL tools.
