Job Summary

The People Network is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will play a key role in assisting with the sales process by providing technical assistance, proof of concepts, configuration of demonstration environments, and translating business cases into technical solutions.

About the Role

As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for engaging with partners in the banking industry and supporting the commercial team with customer engagement. You will work in a small but expanding consulting team, receiving full training on the leading Output Management solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend customer meetings and advise from a pre-sales and consultancy perspective
  • Provide development and delivery services in line with best practices
  • Liaise directly with customers with the ability to manage own workloads
  • Produce and document functional design reports
  • Provide support and ensure calls are effectively managed

Requirements

  • Good technical understanding with experience working as a Technical Consultant
  • Skills in SQL, including the ability to read and write SQL queries
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Computer Science Degree or relevant is desirable
  • Technical experience with any of the following tools is desirable, not essential:
    • Microsoft Dynamics
    • JavaScript
    • Microsoft Azure
    • JSON & XML

What We Offer

You can expect a salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience, plus a range of excellent benefits.
