The Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner at GCHQ, you'll work closely with Director Generals to drive strategic workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. The Strategic HR team is making significant progress on key priorities, including career modernization, psychological wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting effective workforce planning and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Leading and guiding Director Generals on strategic workforce and people matters
  • Advising on workforce planning, design, and structure to optimize organizational performance
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance leadership, workforce health, and talent development
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with shared service models

You'll communicate and collaborate with fellow Senior Business Partners and Director Generals consistently within your role. Building strong relationships and maintaining a strong team will be essential to meeting operational requirements.
