About the Role

PagerDuty is seeking an experienced Enterprise Growth Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within our existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion within existing accounts
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical decision-makers
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Account Management
    • Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities within existing accounts
    • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to drive sales success
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
    • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of field sales experience, preferably in software sales/SaaS sales
  • 4-6 years of experience expanded into new areas of existing accounts
  • Enterprise Account Management experience with $500M+, Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies
  • Sold in a multi-product selling environment before
  • Travel expectations around 30%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Effective time management, complex deal management, account planning, and analytical skills
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Command of Message, Challenger Sales)
