About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) with a strong reputation in the industry. As a Senior Enterprise Account Director, you will be working closely with our marketing function and internal sales team to strategically grow and nurture accounts, increasing wallet share and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted account development strategy to maximize opportunities and drive business growth
  • Provide full-stack solutions to meet the evolving business needs of our clients, including Cloud and Managed Services
  • Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and operational teams to ensure accurate delivery and meet client expectations
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of senior-level enterprise accounts, with a focus on increasing profitability and meeting margin targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical decision-makers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT Managed Services, including Cloud Services or enterprise managed service solutions
  • Strong background in sales and account management, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
