Mainstream School Teaching Assistant

**Job Overview:**
LTF Recruitment Ltd is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced teaching assistant to join our team in supporting a Year 6 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioural needs in a mainstream school in Rugby, CV22.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support to the pupil, developing strategies that meet their needs, and promoting their educational and social development. About the Position:
- The role involves working closely with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement behaviour plans.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with ASD and behavioural needs.
- A strong understanding of how to manage complex behaviours would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one support to the pupil in the classroom and during lessons.
- Developing and implementing behaviour plans that meet the pupil's needs.
- Working closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure the pupil receives the best possible support.
