About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assisting with daily activities, such as dressing, bathing, and meal times, to ensure our residents' physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Fostering a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment, encouraging social interaction and a sense of community among our residents.
  • Maintaining clear communication with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring that all needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  • Supporting residents in living fulfilling and independent lives, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of others. You will have a genuine interest in connecting with our residents and their families, and be committed to delivering high-quality care and support.

While qualifications such as an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care are advantageous, we value most your compassion, dedication, and ability to work as part of a team.
