Senior Clinical Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health issues.
Main Responsibilities- Provide holistic care to patients with a variety of mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Support patients with eating disorders through therapeutic meal support and other interventions.
- Provide clinical supervision to junior staff and student nurses, promoting their professional development and growth.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with quality and clinical effectiveness standards.
- Comply with all national, statutory, legislative, professional, and local policies.
