Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Academics. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children in their school environment, helping them to achieve calm and regulated moods to access their learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting students with SEMH and personal needs
- Assisting with self-regulation activities and techniques
- Working with students who require additional support
- Implementing safeguarding processes and procedures
- Providing personal care support when needed
- A competitive daily rate of £100-120
- A full-time and permanent position available
- A supportive and collaborative team environment
