Bank Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our Care and Support Team at Camphill Village Trust. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing autonomous assistance to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and distressed behaviors/emotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and provide support and care to foster the wellbeing and development of the people we support in accordance with their person-centred support and care plan.
- Ensure that care and support is of a high standard, focused on person-centred outcomes and delivered within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with social workers, family members, and key workers to ensure seamless support and care.
- Work in close partnership with family members and other professionals involved in the individual's life.
- Undertake training and continuous professional development in accordance with The Care Quality Commission, local authority requirements, the needs of the service, and the people we support.
Person Specification
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting people to achieve a life full of opportunities. You will have a desire to support people to maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming living environment, use appropriate laundry equipment, cook, plan shopping, and look after their finances.
