We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team, working with young people aged 11 to 17 with complex needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing guidance, support, and care to our young people, helping them to navigate their challenges and develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support and care to young people, including daily living skills, education, and leisure activities
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Support young people to develop their independence and self-advocacy skills
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential or care setting
- Manual UK driving license and ability to travel to other sites and residences
- Flexibility to work on day and night rotas, including sleeping in
