About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Data Coordinator to join our team at NHBC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of homeowner data, working closely with our registered builders to improve data compliance levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively work with builders to improve and maintain homeowner data compliance levels.
  • Monitor data compliance levels, identifying and resolving issues impacting a builder's ability to provide compliant data.
  • Provide timely feedback and guidance to builders, offering solutions and highlighting improvements needed to increase compliance.
  • Process files received from builders, ensuring accurate and timely data capture.
  • Document and review business processes, seeking improvements and efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Experience working with data or strong Excel skills.
  • Customer service skills, with account management experience desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
