About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Data Coordinator to join our team at NHBC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of homeowner data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively work with registered builders to improve and maintain homeowner data compliance levels.
  • Monitor homeowner data compliance levels, identifying and resolving any issues impacting a builder's ability to provide compliant data.
  • Communicate regularly with builders to provide timely feedback and guidance, offering solutions and highlighting improvements needed to increase compliance.
  • Process files received from builders to ensure accurate and timely data capture.
  • Document and review business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience working with data or strong Excel skills.
  • Customer service skills, with account management experience desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
