We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at W Talent Manufacturing and Engineering in Derbyshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market-leading manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality technical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a health and safety strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Act as the point of contact for HSE Inspectors, facilitating site inspections and reviews.
  • Conduct and review risk assessments to mitigate potential health and safety risks.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working as part of a Senior Leadership team.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
