About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional HSE Manager - Construction Sector to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of HSE advisors and ensuring that all aspects of HSE management are implemented and maintained across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of HSE advisors
  • Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on HSE matters

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. environmental science, health and safety)
  • At least 5 years' experience in a HSE management role
  • Proven track record of improving HSE performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
