Job Title Overview

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Quality Assurance Specialist to join our construction management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management and quality assurance, with the ability to lead a small team of HSE advisors.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of HSE management are implemented and maintained across the business. This will include developing and implementing effective HSE policies and procedures, conducting regular risk assessments, and providing training and guidance to staff on HSE matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on HSE matters
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. environmental science, health and safety)
  • At least 3 years' experience in a HSE management role
  • Proven track record of improving HSE performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
