Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support the Project Manager and Site Manager in the day-to-day control of our Highbridge site in Somerset.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering project works, ensuring the smooth operation of the site, and contributing to the success of our Vistry Devon South West division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager and Site Manager in the day-to-day control of the site
  • Manage and deliver project works, including construction and housing projects
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the site, including logistics and supply chain management
  • Contribute to the success of our Vistry Devon South West division
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in site management and construction
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials
