About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retail company as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of retail professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, customer service, and sales performance.
  • Deputizing: Take charge of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Sales Maximization: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue.
  • Target Achievement: Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high standards of customer service and store appearance.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Results-Oriented: Driven by results, with a focus on achieving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
