As a Senior Harness Technician, you will play a key role in building electrical wiring harnesses to our exacting standards, ensuring the highest levels of quality. Your expertise will be essential in assisting with complex, first-time builds and prototypes, and in providing guidance and advice to trainee technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the workshop manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the harness workshop.
* Assist with complex builds and prototypes, ensuring that all technical drawings are accurately interpreted and implemented.
* Pick and store stock parts required for assembly, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
* Identify and raise any build-related issues, deviations, or opportunities for continuous improvement with your line manager.
* Provide technical guidance and support to trainee technicians, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping, including work area, documentation, tools, and products.
* Conduct regular line inspections to ensure that all work meets our quality and safety standards.
* Carry out any additional duties as required by the company to ensure a quality product and service is delivered to customers on time and in full.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of technical drawings and the ability to read and interpret them accurately. You will also need to have experience with Cirris or other electrical harness testing software, as well as a proven track record of working with multiple OEM and system 25 harnesses in a motorsport or aerospace environment.
