As an Electrical Harness Technician, you will play a critical role in building electrical wiring harnesses to our exacting standards, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist senior technicians and the workshop manager in the daily operations of the harness workshop.
* Support the assembly of complex, first-time builds and prototypes.
* Select and prepare lineside stock parts required for assembly.
* Identify and report any build-related issues, deviations, and continuous improvement opportunities to your line manager.
* Provide guidance and advice to trainee technicians.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping regarding work area, documentation, tools, and products.
* Perform line inspections.
* Fulfill any duties required by the company to ensure quality products and services are delivered to customers on time and in full.
* Follow all procedures and processes to meet the day-to-day requirements of the business, as well as quality and health and safety standards.
* Achieve continuity of agreed deadlines through flexible working patterns.
* Actively participate in training activities provided by the company to ensure all high-quality build standards are met and continuously improved.

Requirements:

* Previous experience with OEM or System 25 harnesses (motorsport/aerospace) is a mandatory requirement.
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings is a mandatory requirement.
* Experience with Cirris or other electrical harness testing software is desired, but not mandatory.
