Job Summary:

Gordon Murray Group LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Harness Technician to join our team. As a key member of our electrical wiring harness team, you will be responsible for designing and building electrical wiring harnesses to our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the workshop manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the harness workshop.
  • Design and build electrical wiring harnesses to meet the highest levels of quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians.

Requirements:
