Job Description

Sweet Projects is a leading provider of comprehensive design, construction, and engineering services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This will involve developing and implementing project plans, managing project teams, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in leading large-scale projects and managing complex teams. They will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the successful candidate will be working closely with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including construction managers, engineers, and other specialists
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in leading large-scale projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines
