Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Programme/Project Manager to join our team at Uniphar Group. As a key member of our Client EAP Program team, you will support the Programme Manager, Programme Director, and wider cross-functional team with all aspects of the day-to-day functioning of the EAP Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update project plans to ensure the Programme is running to time and schedule.
- Undertake all aspects of Client onboarding administration, liaising with colleagues in quality, finance, and legal to ensure all activities are in place prior to programme go-live.
- Organize weekly client calls, including working with the Programme Manager to set clear meeting agendas, note-taking, and timely provision of minutes and actions to clients.
- Support with day-to-day client queries and escalate and follow up internally to ensure appropriate and timely answers are provided.
- Work closely with the Programme Coordinator team to track and understand the status of HCP enquiries, requests, and orders, and provide weekly updates to Clients during weekly meetings.
- Track all monthly reporting, inventory, and maintain budget forecasts for provision to clients.
- Produce monthly reports for clients alongside the Programme Manager.
- Support client invoicing at the end of the month.
Candidate Requirements:
- Educated to degree level, ideally in a life sciences discipline.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and able to easily navigate PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Good written and communication skills and capable of independently managing straightforward communications with clients.
- A desire to build a career within the Pharmaceutical industry and a keenness to learn the basics of the interesting yet sometimes complex world of Expanded Access.
- Must be able to undertake reasonable levels of travel to satisfy internal requirements and client requirements.
