We are looking for a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team in the Yorkshire region. As a Care Scheduler, you will play a vital role in managing staff rotas, liaising with healthcare professionals, and conducting regular assessments and reviews.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000-£26,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a competitive pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
